Issue one: They only had enough meatballs for a 6-inch sub. When asked whether they could make a 12-inch with meatballs on one half and pizza on the other, the response was, "yes, that's fine. However, it will cost you the price of 2x 6-inch subs." Issue two: The girl behind the register had no clue how to run the register and didn't take note of the error code when the eftpos machine stopped working. She giggled, walked away to serve the next people completely ignoring us whilst her work partner walked from the dining area to finish serving us. Issue three: The floor was being cleaned and there was no wet floor signs on display, which meant my girlfriend hurt her already injured ankle.
Whilst I can't say all my visits to this subway have been negative, this experience definitely left...
Read moreRoom for improvement, but recommended: Mixed feelings, for the most part customer service from the male workers have been excellent multiple times I've been here, but on one occasion found the 2 females lacking that warm customer interaction, maybe it was just a long day for them.
Tomato needs changing and few other salads. I have seen worse, this was not too bad, keep a on it as it was border line.
Each time I've entered this store, I end up cleaning a table and seat off myself using many subway paper towels, I had seen other customers go to grab a table then realise it has not been cleaned and swept for some time. Please improve.

Read moreI like the food.but hell the staff talk so quick and you can't understand a word said.specially when you're older and not use to some of the menu.its to daunting seeing all the stuff to choose from.and they just go so fast you have no idea what you have just ordered.I often find the staff rude like every customer is a problem to them.subway is a nice refreshing meal but I hate being rushed its pressure and confusing specially if you are older .I have to do the ordering for my parents there hearing isnt good and its confusing for them.the staff should be considerate and not smirk behind people's back just cause people are old or a bit deaf.remember staff no matter what age its us customers keeping...
