I was a little apprehensive having been invited here for my grandson's 18th family birthday and having read the negative reviews. Our experience was very different to those. We were greeted by a very friendly waitress and our reserved table ready. The ordering was a simple task and she was very patient, friendly and helpful. Most of the food came relatively quickly and it seemed to be brought out as it was ready. Whilst this could be improved by a more efficiently run kitchen so that all the meals ordered at one table come out together, it is by FAR a much better dining experience to have your order brought out freshly cooked, crisp and hot rather than soggy and lukewarm. Every burger, bowl of chips and ribs ordered were delicious. The chicken burger was super delicious and the Chipotle beef ribs I ordered were the moistest deliciously charred ribs I have ever eaten and the Chipotle sauce, whilst on the hotter side was exquisite in its flavour. We found the prices reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served. Would I go back again. Absolutely. I would have given a 5 rating except for the disjointed delivery of meals. Me and my boyfriend went for dinner, we got a deluxe beef with just beef and cheese, a beast burger with bbq sauce and a side of chips the bbq sauce was forgotten on the burger and it was overly salted as well as the chips, the table was left messy and the chairs would slide around, we let the staff know at the end that they forgot the bbq sauce and it was overall not nice, they gave us $1 back for the bbq sauce and didn’t say anything in the way of an apology, I wouldn’t recommend going there and I know me and my boyfriend will not be going back, we have both said it tasted like hungry jacks which is...

Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time! The young blonde girl serving basically threw our plates down on the table, scoffed, rolled her eyes and made no effort to wish us a good meal. The table next to us had a mix up with their order and the girl didn’t even apologise, just walked away and got her manager. Woman at the counter was not friendly at all, didn't greet us and asked what we wanted. We didn’t expect such hostility and rudeness as a first experience with a new business in this town!
