I’ve visited McDonald’s Beenleigh a few times now, and while it gets the job done, the experience can be hit or miss depending on when you go.
The staff are usually quite friendly—especially in the mornings. I’ve had a few cheerful greetings and even some friendly banter, which is always a nice surprise at a fast-food stop. It gives the place a more positive vibe compared to other locations nearby.
The food is mostly what you’d expect from Macca’s—consistent enough, but not without its issues. Sometimes the fries are fresh and crispy, and other times they’re cold and oversalted. Same goes for the burgers. I once got a Big Mac with barely any lettuce and no pickles, even though I specifically asked for extra. But on another visit, everything was perfectly done, so it seems to depend on who’s in the kitchen.
Drive-thru is usually fast, but I’ve had a few delays where I had to park and wait, even for small orders. Not a deal-breaker, but annoying if you’re in a rush. Also, make sure to double-check your bag—missing items seem to happen a little too often here.
Inside the restaurant, it’s generally clean and there’s plenty of seating. I wouldn’t call it a relaxing place to dine, but it’s good for a quick bite or coffee on the go. Speaking of coffee, theirs is actually decent for a fast-food chain!
Overall, McDonald’s Beenleigh is okay. It’s convenient and has friendly staff, but there’s room for improvement—especially when it comes to accuracy and consistency. Still, if you’re passing through Beenleigh and craving Macca’s, it’ll probably...
Read moreI've been to McDonald's in roughly 15 different countries, every state in Australia and about 20 different ones in QLD and I can say with absolute confidence that this one is the worst one I've ever been to. I really want to say the worst one in the world but who knows...
CONSISTENTLY bad. We've been here about 5 times and every time is so poor that I wish I hadn't bothered. The fries, no matter what size you purchase, are NEVER full. If you order at large, it will be 50% full at most. The soft serves in the cones were served melted, running everywhere and leaning almost completely sideways. Honestly, it was kind of impressive how they managed to get the ice cream on such an angle without it tipping over. Once, the raisin toast was squished so hard in the sandwich press that it was like a piece of cardboard. It was so compressed that when my mother poured her sachet of butter (fully melted as they put it in the bag directly on top of the steaming hot toast) on it, the butter all slid right off. None of the butter actually absorbed into the toast. THAT compressed.
Actually, after writing this review, I think I will continue to come to this McDonald's because every time I get something there it's like an adventure. The laws of physics and responsible food service don't apply. Your food will be terrible but at least you...
Read moreEvery time we go to Beenleigh McDonald's I order online get there only to be told they don't have it or its out of order and Im in the drive thru and I have to sit the whole time wasting my time because they can't provide me my order. Staff are terrible and asking for a refund is like a issue for them to do because it takes so much time and they act like it's your fault. Highly don't recommend going there. Can't even get a frozen drink machine working or ice cream. Poor quality food slap together. Staff couldn't care less about how they provide the meal or the service that they get. I get it's fast pace and it's full of kids working there but come on. We pay good money these days for food only to be disappointed by it because the workers don't want to put effort into your food when a large meal is costing me only $25. I expect it to be schmick and served with a smile. Happy to take my business elsewhere and the price of what user charging. More than happy to go to a restaurant and have a better meal and a better experience. At least the family would enjoy it. Beenleigh once again is a terrible McDonald's to go to. Do not recommend it. Maybe try eagleby or holmview maybe have...
