On the night of 05/04/24, I was at Sushi Ren and we were seated for little while unsure how to order food & no one had come to our table or anything. We eventually called a male waiter over and they literally started banging the back of their head against the wall halfway through taking our order, pretty aggressively. It didn't feel like we were taking up too much of their time so I was perplexed as to why they would act this way in front of customers including a family seated behind us that had children. The whole experience left a mental stain on the restaurant in my mind & really made me miss the contactless ordering during the pandemic.

We arrived at 11am (no customers were present) and we're asked to leave by 12.40pm. I assumed that customers were allowed to breathe while consuming sushi. Very dissapointed as this was our first time at sushi ren. I will not be returning! You also need to buy produce with higher quality as the salmon was not fresh and had a very faint colour to it. Your sushi is just as bad as your customer service. Please stop yelling when customers enter, it's not welcoming It's quite loud and if I had heart failure conditions I would have had a seizure in front of the customers and the table which you kicked me off from. I might have to try don don...
