Today, I purchased two packs of beef from your store. The meat was only wrapped in plastic film, and blood leaked out, contaminating my hands and my car. Despite paying for the products, I was denied a plastic barrier bag to prevent this mess.
Let me be absolutely clear: I did not steal anything. I paid for my items in full. In Queensland, plastic barrier bags used to prevent leaks from pre-packaged meat are not banned, and supermarkets generally allow customers to use them for hygiene and safety. Yet your staff refused to let me take even one plastic bag to protect myself and my property.

Blaming staff would be unfair — the real issue lies with whoever made the decision to deny customers basic hygiene protection.
As the owner, if you are trying to save money by refusing to provide even a single plastic bag and force customers to buy your bags— at the expense of customer hygiene and public health — that is disgraceful. It shows a shocking disregard for basic cleanliness and customer care, all to save a few cents. That is not how a responsible business...

I will continue to patronise this place, I hope the management can take note of this and improve their...
