Toast N Roast Browns Plains — Restaurant in Logan City

Where do I start? My wife ordered some potato gems with gravy and a pork roll with gravy and two drinks. They start getting everything ready and I go to pay with my card my bank send notification when ever I pay for something. I collect the drinks and the roll waiting for these potato gems the lady calls me over to tell me my card had declined and to pay again. So I bring up my bank app and say no the money has left my account. She said no you have to pay again so this time I show her the money when through it’s no longer in my account. She goes to speak to a few people still wanting me to pay again by the time a third person looks at my bank record and sees the money has been paid she said it’s ok. went there for lunch today, lady with the long grey hair served us and the miserable look along with huffing and the attitude we got was disgusting. your staff need to put a smile on their face for service at least. the only one there with a kind voice was the lady with the short grey hair. almost $50 for 2 meals and they were below par. near cold chips, a stale burger bun and lettuce that looks as miserable as the lady who served us is not it when it comes to $22.80 for a meal each. won't be going to the browns plains store again and will wholeheartedly be reaching out for a refund.

How are they still in business? Should of read reviews before going there. Ordered Large pork roast meal. I wouldn't call it a meal in anyway! Most of the Chips had black bits on ends. Vegetables were mush in your mouth. 🤢🤢 Potato bake is awful. I do believe my nan got better food at the Aged care! Surprisingly enough the pork was good. It wasn't one of the old dried up bones under the heat lamps, but a fresh one. I ate the pork and some of the fries. The rest went in the bin! where honestly it belongs. Save your 💸 and your stomach. Keep in mind had several trips to the loo shortly after eating there. Rough night!!...
