I recently visited Pie Time and had a bit of a bad experience. The staff member I interacted with seemed to struggle understanding my request to warm up my croissants, which led to frustration. Although she eventually warmed both croissants, the service was somewhat unpleasant.
Despite this, the croissants were delicious. However, the experience was marred by the staff attitude, which didn't quite match the high ratings I've seen for this location.
To improve, I'd suggest focusing on staff training to enhance customer service skills, particularly when communicating with customers who may not be fluent in English. Clear communication and a positive attitude can go a long way in making customers feel valued...
