The girl with pink hair who initially served us, ‘greeted’ us with disgusting attitude, was extremely unprofessional and short tempered.
The way that this girl spoke to her colleagues, is absolutely unacceptable. I am sure the other 4 customers in line would agree how appalling it was to witness how incredibly unhelpful, rude, condescending and degrading you were towards the younger staff members requiring assistance. I have never experienced such second hand embarrassment for an employee. You should be so ashamed. Do not take your bad day/bad mood out on your customers, who are simply lined up and paying for a service.
Trying to place my order had me STUNNED. While trying to explain what we wanted, this girl would cut off my partner and myself, loudly speak over the top of us, and dismiss our requests, which was really not difficult to execute- I wanted falafel balls left intact, with the marinara sauce on top and heated up (like a vegetarian meatball sub). For some reason I’m still not aware of, this was too complicated for her to understand. We were getting no where with this girl, kept going back and forth, so we complied with whatever was easiest for her to do because she was literally arguing with us, insisting that the falafel balls needed to be squashed flat with her hands, broken apart and spread across the sub….? Another employee ATTEMPTED to take over, the previous girl left her post in front of the bread oven, walked away from the customers she was serving to interrupt the young girl making our sub’s, and shouted ‘WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!!!’ She then started handling the sub and pressing down on it with her hands, squashing the contents… All the while still wearing her same gloves from the sub orders behind us. This infuriated me to witness, as someone with intolerances/allergies to certain foods.
The other staff on with this woman that day, were all doing a great job and should not have to put up with this sort of behaviour. This ordeal has really ruined it for me. I would be very hesitant in visiting this store again, and would much rather travel to the Hervey Bay store. Something seriously needs to be done about the customer service. I would be happy to go into further detail as to the date and time that this happened for your regional manager, franchise owner and Head Office because I think they all need to be aware of what is going on with...

They're rude, they argue with customers about how the customer wants their sandwich. They clearly don't know nor have given much thought to how they make the product. Even though I live less than a minute from this store, more often than not, I will drive to Pialba or Torquay if I feel like a sub. I'll only go here if I cannot afford the time.
