It’s a nice little place that serves authentic japanese food. I was a little bit unsure at first but now I’m glad I went. I am yet to try their ramen hence the 4 star, they do look delicious and i will try it soon. Their karaage don and chicken katsu don were really nice and portioned perfectly, it will definitely fill you up for the rest of your day. I also tried their potato cake and chicken bao bun. I'm not a local but stumbled across Blue Jasmine today. My family and I absolutely love Japanese food and had a craving for it. My 6 year old had the udon noodle soup, ate the whole bowl and said it was 'so delicious'. My 5 year old asked me to go back and get another chicken katsu bento because she loved it so much. My sushi was the best I've had outside of Japan. My only regret is not politely asking you to make me 8 pieces instead of 6. I've finally found a Japanese place worth traveling...

The friendly service was great. The eatery was a bit messy but clean. The food was alright but I wouldn’t say it is very authentic Japanese taste. The teriyaki sauce was like jelly and too thick. The beef was over cooked so it was very tough. The salmon however was perfectly cooked. The sushi was ok, the rice was over cooked so it was too soft to the extent of being mushy.
