After previous positive experiences dining here, I am sadden that this experience was by far the WORST experience I have had at a restuarant.

We had booked to celebrate a significant birthday. After placing our order, 20minutes later the waitress came over asking if we had handed in our docket with our order. After saying yes and reminding her she had served me-10 pizzas, she laughed and stated oh yes and left.

45minutes later people that had ordered after us all had their meals and our table had nothing. After questioning staff, they fumbled and 5 minutes later said there had been a printer issue and our order hadn't gone through. After querying why other patrons had received their meals, the waitor stated he couldn't help IT issues and stated yes it was only our order affected by the "said" printer issue.

Upon asking for a refund- staff stated they had to wait to hear back about how this would be done. They insisted we wait for our order. I queried the wait time- with the cook grabbing our printed docket from the back of the orders and stated atleast 20mins.

Whilst staff apologised profusely they also stated they were not regular staff members and were just filling in- zero ownership was shown on the error.

Our birthday girl was left in tears as her night has been ruined by the incompetency of the staff.

We were finally refunded- I left my name, number and email and asked to receive a call from the owner. 4 days later and I still havent heard anything.

I'm so disappointed. I understand errors occur yet there were multiple opportunities for the error to be rectified: 1-When the waitress took our order and I paid surely should would of identified immediately there was a printer issue? When the waitress checked if we had ordered 20mins later surely should would of proceeded to check on our order? When the waitors/waitress saw our table was still waiting on orders 45mins later and all other table around had food. Surely they would of used their initiative to check either with us or the kitchen on the progress.

A simple email or phone call regarding our issues of the night which staff assured would occur would have been greatly...

Was told not to expect some classic italian pizzeria and "but it is going to be a good pizza, wanna go?" Guys? Walking down the lane I could not immagine how cool it was about to be!!

Door slams loud πŸ™Š. No need for pleasantries πŸ™ˆ. Stay chill and fill up your ordering ticket, πŸ™‰ with quantities πŸ•πŸ• and variations πŸ₯₯πŸ₯πŸ₯‘ like you were in Japan.

Dishes are quite of unusual combination of ingredients but the menu is simple --- great--.

A serve of olives is for the wait. Believe it or not, had the feeling those were better than any other olives I had in my whole life. Music was nice too.

No time to look around, first pizza comes out: it tastes de-li-cious. Same for the second. Ended up ordering a third.

And oh my God, last but not least, no cutlery.

And it's byo.

So what is it, the new best pizza place ever??

I know some of you will say no because of the electric oven. I...

Hands down the best pizza, desert, service and atmosphere I have had in Perth. When we arrived our booking had been lost and we were told our table would be at least another half an hour. We didn't mind and decided to go for a drink and we were told to go around the corner to Henry on 8th and the drinks were on the house! Nearly died of shock when we were told the pizza and desert was too. Had the best night I've had in perth for a long time. The wait on the table meant I got an extra time out with my bff's and the pizza and ice cream sandwich were insanely good. Cannot rave enough about the service, I wish I remembered his name, so friendly and accommodating. Take all your friends and family for a drink at Henry on 8th, followed by pizza at Rosso Nero, you will not be...

I went in and ordered takeaway pizza. Pizza didn't take long. Don't look at the online menu as it hasn't been updated. Made that mistake, went in and what I wanted wasn't on in-store menu. The alternative I ordered was delicious. I'm not really a fan of Pizza thanks to Dominoes and Pizza Hutt but the pizzas here are like homemade. Can't remembered what I ordered but had prosciutto and feta. Service was great, helpful and cheery. In-store was huge with plenty of room to sit for Dine-In experience, although in-store didn't look well patronised, the amount of people streaming in for pick-up showed the extent of how good the pizzas must be. Took my pizza home and the crust was nice and crispy just how I like it. Recommend eating in or takeaway.

Kids friendly (high chairs available). It's not Perth's most authentic Italian pizza, but it has good light dough and flavours. The sizes are not huge so you can easily have one per person. The menu is seasonal and fairly short, not many "traditional" choices. Sad they didn't have any dessert but they said they are working on them! The atmosphere is great, casual for families but cozy enough for a date, with a few booth seats. The service was extremely quick and friendly, we were in and out in less than 30'! 2.5$/person for corkage, there is a bottle shop at the corner but it was closed at dinner time.
