The service is borderline hostile to customers - as if the staff think customers are these annoying people who are getting in the way of their social life. The staff need to be explained that a significant portion of the cost price of each item sold goes DIRECTLY to paying their wages - i.e. the customers are paying your wages. I'm repeatedly given the incorrect order, without even asking if I'm happy with a substitution - I end up complaining, getting a voucher for replacement, which costs the store more in the long-run. Last time I was there, I ordered at the counter, there was hip hop BLARING across the entire store, and there was a puddle of water covering a significant portion of the floor - absolutely an OSH issue. I asked for specific pieces, but the staff member took so long to figure out whether they had those pieces that I decided to cancel - I called out a few times, but because the music was so loud, he couldn't hear me, so I left. Once googled the opening hours it was confirmed as 10pm the closing time. So I got the attention of a staff member and he singled that I could only use drive through. So I walked to the serving window at the drive through and tried to order- Only to find out I could not order as a walking customer. I questioned why the restaurant is closed and the same staff member that waved me away said it was because they were understaffed. I then asked for the manager (Wycliff) and expressed my concerns. Turns out he has zero customer service skills as I got evil looks when he approached and denied my entry. Then when I identified google opening hours and threatened to make a complaint to their head office, he finally said that he’ll open the restaurant to serve me.
