I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Subway that left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered a large wrap, only to have it fall apart as soon as I opened it. Naturally, I immediately called the store to voice my concerns and seek a resolution.
To my dismay, the customer service representative I spoke to was not only unhelpful, but also incredibly rude. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering a solution, they abruptly hung up on me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall experience at Subway.
What disappointed me the most was the lack of effort from the staff to rectify the situation. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service, especially when paying for a meal. It's disheartening to receive such poor treatment, especially when I was simply seeking a refund or a replacement.
I understand that mistakes happen, but it's how a business handles those mistakes that truly matters. Unfortunately, Subway failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I left feeling frustrated, unappreciated, and disappointed.

No extras, barely any sauces, and sandwiches that look half-filled.
I called to raise the issue, and they picked up, let me explain the whole problem, and then just stayed silent on the phone. No response. Nothing. I called five times, and they repeated the same rude behaviour each time answer, stay silent, hang up.

I live in Maylands and visit the store often and 90% of the times customer service is seriously very poor and the staff working there acts like this is the last place they want to be. Also visited the place again tonight and these guys do need a proper training so they know what they're selling and how to make it. The taller guy said that they don't have any chipotle quesadilla.
