Pizzeria Amore Mio's move to its new location has clearly paid off. The space itself presents a distinct, positive atmosphere, a notable upgrade. Service is efficient and attentive, a point worth mentioning. The real draw, however, lies in the sheer breadth of the menu. Over 50 different pizza options provide a level of choice rarely seen. The owner, who also acts as the pizza chef, ensures quality. Other dishes, handled by a separate Italian chef, maintain the same standard. Everything from the flour to the cured meats and pasta is imported directly from Italy as a commitment to authentic ingredients. Post 6.30 PM, the place fills rapidly, and reservations come with a two-hour table limit. This policy, while necessary for turnover, reflects the high demand. The shift away from BYO is offset by a comprehensive wine list, focused on Italian selections. Prices begin around $50 a bottle, with glass options available ($13) During our visit, we opted for the Burata Special pizza (with prosciutto) and the Premium Capriciosa. Both pizzas, priced (March 2025) around $30 for a large one. The crust was well-executed, and the toppings were of high quality, consistent with the restaurant's sourcing practices. Parking in the vicinity poses minimal issues, though is a bit small. Great overall experience at Pizzeria Amore Mio. The combination of a strong menu, authentic ingredients, and efficient service justifies its popularity. The quality of the food makes the visit worthwhile.

Amazing pizzeria, definitely one of the best in town! Our favourites are the Super Capricciosa & Montanara (mushrooms & truffle), one of the best pizza I ever had. The flavour was bold, and their pizza base was thin and really good. The menu is extensive too. Their Tiramisu was to die for!! One of the best I had in Perth. The bruschetta was really good value for that size. The pasta, however, was not as impressive. The pappardelle were well made, but we think the sauce was just okay. The Ravioli Sardi was nicely presented, but taste wise it wasn’t as good as we expected. Service was always good and the new location has much nicer interior & larger space. Overall, it’s really worth driving >20km just for the pizza. Highly recommended! Update: On our last visit, we had the arancini & chilli mussels. Both were tasty, but the chilli mussels were very very salty by itself as the sauce was not tomato based like in most other places. We noted that Sardinian style tends to be on the saltier side. Perhaps we should have ordered focaccia to tone down the saltiness.

Heard great reviews about this place so my friends and my dad took me here last night for my birthday. Looked at the menu which was very extensive and maybe a little bit over detailed with some of the descriptions. Had my heart set on a pasta dish even though the pastas were $32.50 and over which is very overpriced in itself. I looked at the description of carbonara that said something along the lines of “ever had carbonara from Rome? This restaurant does it the way Rome does it with a creamy texture” The food came out and instantly i regretted my choice of pasta. I can tell you right now nowhere in Rome do they cook the carbonara sauce until it scrambles and goes from a sauce to scrambled eggs. I paid $32.50 for some pasta, and scrambled egg :/ I wont be coming back after this one :/

The small place is noisy and difficult to have a conversation... this however provides a rustic charm and atmosphere to the venue reminiscent of an Italian village osteria. It may not be to everyone's liking...that said, we drove 40Ks on a wet, miserable winter's night on a recommendation for quality authentic pizzas and genuine old fashioned service. Despite some confusion with our orders which was immediately rectified, when our pizzas came we were not disappointed. We opted for the gourmet options topped with the highest quality DOP ingredients and i can say without reservations this was one of if not the best pizza I have had in Perth. Very few pizza makers in Perth create pizzas of this quality, a simple fact! AM offer an extensive range from basic standard pizzas to gourmet/high-end with the finest ingredients and are priced accordingly but not over priced given the quality of the ingredients used. This pizzeria earns a 5 star rating on the quality of their pizzas alone and we will return, not only for their pizzas but also for their tantalising, traditional pastas that I am curious to try out. On this, our first outing, Amore Mio easily earns it's culinary...
