I’m so glad we decided to give this local Asian restaurant a try.
The tofu soup was really pretty. Then came the fried tofu speckled with flavoured salt and sitting in perfectly balanced black vinegar and truffle aroma. When the calamari in sambal was served I was so glad it was real sambal belachan. Last came the chicken in sweet and sour sauce. This is a dish I usually order for the kids but rarely eat it myself. But on this occasion i found myself enjoying it. The batter remained crispy and glistened with a perfectly balanced sweet and sour sauce.
What we found out later is the chef is Malaysian and he makes all the sauces in-house. Explains why all the sauces were all so good!

They do not add MSG in to the food and prepare most of the sauces on site. This reflects in the fresh taste and aroma of the food.
