Agha Juice Centre Sunshine — Restaurant in Melbourne

Very very disappointing experience today from you guys.. I have been ordering from this spot every single weekend for months now via uber eats,. Remember I spent a lot, it may be one juice or 2 3 juices but ordering every single week months is a lot.. Today for a change I requested them to take of the noodles but instead they have taken off the shredded Pistachios and cashews off,which is the signature of their unique falooda. When I rang to inquire about this the guy at the reception was so rude and started off we don't add any nuts, and started raising his voice, I was keep trying and to explain, even on their pics on Uber eats nuts are added on the top of the falooda pic, he didn't wanna even listen and then he just hung up on me, tried calling back straight to voicemail, You guys just lost a regular customer. I can't believe what type of a business that I have been supporting all this...

Not a wonderful experience for me compared to other Agha Juice branches i've been to before. Rude customer service; the woman tending the register was passive aggressive and unfriendly. I was unsatisfied with my purchase because it tasted nothing like what I ordered (pistachio). I have always gotten the same thing before in a different Agha branch so I know what it's supposed to taste like. It just tasted like sugar and vanilla ice cream blended with bits of pistachio nuts. I politely asked if I could get a refund or replacement and tried explaining that the drink didn't taste good. The man who made the drink just straight out said "No" and walked off. He said it's because I "already tasted it". OF COURSE I tasted it because I ordered and paid for that drink. He walked off again and refused to hear me out. Never coming...

Never coming back ! Bought a Falooda and the ice cream was ok - but the noodles were off- my partner tried it too and confirmed the same- took it back to let them know about it - I was told that the noodles were fresh ! I took out my straw and spoon and suggested they try it - they refused . They were worried I wanted a refund - I told them no - I wanted a falooda that was not off tasting - they continued to deny there was anything wrong - didn’t offer to make me another or even refund or rectify it in any way.

Terrible customer service - terrible way to handle the situation! And this is all for me going back to let them know it was off - they could have taken a minute to check the noodles they used - it may save them from serving it to other people- but they have absolutely no idea what...
