Customer Service: Unfortunately, the service was the most disappointing aspect of my experience. The staff appeared rushed and inattentive. When I had a question about the menu, the response was curt and dismissive. This lack of engagement made me feel unwelcome. Additionally, the wait time for my order was longer than expected, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was met with rudeness rather than an apology.

Arrived at this place on a recommendation from friends. Upon arrival, we asked if they took card and they said no the machine is not working. We then offered to pay cash for which we paid a $50 note for a $46.30 order. We got our receipt with no change. We were then told the chicken would be 15 minutes and we changed to lamb (which is cheaper yet no mention of change yet) I then asked for my change and they said they have no change they’ll need to get it from the service station. Another customer also didn’t receive their change and had to ask for it only to be told no change. We didn’t receive our drink, we received cold meat kebabs, the hot dogs were drowned in sauce in stale cold bread. Honestly there were 3 of us and we were all shocked at how terrible the overall experience was. Other customers were equally disappointed. I wish I could leave a 5 star review but unfortunately not everybody there is a 5 star worker.

There is a young Indian Women and Man who are great. They know me and they know my order and just have a good all round customer service etiquette.

Though the man who was working tonight clearly doesn't have a clue. He left me standing there at the counter with his back turned to me for far too long before even acknowledging me. When he did it was a mumbled "won't be too long" no eye contact back still turned.

I'm not sure how long he would have left me like that because I simply walked away after a few more minutes.

Now I'm not just keyboard warrior and I am happy to give some dot points on what could have been done differently whilst still maintaining a safe kitchen.

I'm also a night owl and available right now if you'd like someone who can do the same job better.
