Consistently terrible customer service with staff who have been there not knowing the products they sell. Today the staff member wanted to charge me $14.40 for a scone 6 pack which I can get for $13 at other bakers delight stores. Spoke to the manager Casey who took exception to me saying " she could have told me" I said I will go to another Bakers Delight and she said " we don't want you here" I asked to speak to the owners and Casey said they are my parents. From now on I will be shopping at Langwarrin Bakers Delight where staff always have a smile and treat every customer with respect. These people own the Katingal Hub store as well so both stores have lost our business. Some customer service training as they can't even hear a valid complaint...

I pointed to my wrist indicating the time and she shook her head, turned and pointed to a colleague who was cleaning some equipment indicating it was her decision.
