Barkery Cafe — Restaurant in Melbourne

I had an early morning brekkie here. As I entered the building, a very well cared for black kelpie cross was leaving with his owner. Staff wheeling cats carefully around the stair well. Cats ameowing. Dogs abarking and chatting with each other excitedly! Hot choccie was great, not too hot. Pie was good too, even crispy despite being heated up from scratch. The morning sun streamed through the windows. Pleasant chatter in the background. A beaut experience. Open your heart to people and animals and if you can afford it, donate a small amount of food or blankets, cash, toys etc. Or join as a paid up member. I went there today with my Daughter and her twin girls. Annie the Owner was so delightful and friendly. We ordered coffee and the most delicious lemon cake that we have ever eaten. So so lemony and flavoursome. I bought some take-home prepared meals for Dinner. They are fresh and full of tasty goodness We have thoroughly enjoyed eating these. I look forward to going back for some other take home meals. Definitely worth going there. The Cafe is Inside the RSPCA...

Great service, had a lovely pumpkin feta GF frittata (there’s tonnes of GF options) the coffee was also amazing. Keep up...
