After interrupting the staff from their phones out the back someone managed to come out and offer something I would not call customer service. I don’t know her name but she was the girl with dark hair in a platted pony tail. I think the only words she spoke were “what can I get you”. No hello, no thank you. In fact she couldn’t wait to get back out the back so she passed on to one of the other kids to finish off the order and swiftly left to return to the safety of the back of the shop where you will not find any customers! As for the chicken it was over cooked and dry. The chips were soggy. Not a great experience overall I must say. To the owners. If you are going to employ teenagers to run your business, which I think is a great thing to do, you need to employ ones with a personality and train them in customer service.
