Beacy Flake Fish and Chips — Restaurant in Melbourne

Just had the misfortune of dealing with their rude and abusive staff over the phone. We ordered 3 pieces of flake with our order to find that we had only 2. I called up to try and have the misunderstanding resolved but was met with a rude staff member who implied that it was my fault and was not interested in listening to what the issue was or wanting to see if a resolution could be made. All I got was he was too busy to hear me out and continued shouting over the phone at me. Everybody do yourself a favour and avoid this place!

Here is an update, after being caused of being threatening I'm now said to being a lier. If this is how your business resolves a dispute like this this it's most dissapointing. Raised voices were exchanged due to the staff member being extremely rude and did not like the fact I called him out on it. Went back here tonight after not going for a while stoped going mainly for convenience and due to traffic. Food here used to be awesome. Not tonight flake potato cakes and dim sims were very oily and dripped all over me while eating. Also ordered a steak sandwich with onions lettuce and tomato and sauce. Asked the guy serving me to make sure it had lettuce ad tomato. Get home no lettuce and tomato, steak over cooked like leather in between 2 slices of half toasted bread. I have never had such bad fish and chips from Beacy Flake Fish and Chip that l had yesterday. We ordered fried Whiting, now if you know a little about fish Whiting is a rather small fish and light in texture not pieces of fish the size of a big size piece of flake, l don't know what sort of fish it was that they selling as Whiting. It was greasy, the chips were soggy and the potato cake we so under cooked they were still firm when you bit into them.
