I came here with my girlfriend and we have the same opinions about this place. I'll start off with the bad and end on the good. They had music playing, but was constantly interrupted with loud ads (they probably don't have Spotify premium). The toast was incredibly hard to cut, my girlfriend's hand felt sore at the end of it. I decided to give up on my knife and just use my hands. The toast was done right, but the knifes were blunt. I orded the Fresh Avo on Toast, and it said there was spinach on it. I got literally 3 leaves of spinach, very disappointed. The lemon wedge was very thin. My girlfriend's eggs were kind of small.

I think the food was reasonably priced, but only if you got more spinach and lemon.

Staff service was great. Atmosphere of the place was great (apart from the loud ads). The presentation of the food was great, nice plates too.

Overall, wouldn't come back here. You could get the same great things about this place, and more, at other cafes. I would recommend Drip on Chesterville road, practically outside Southland. My girlfriend and I have gone there...

Ordered a honey banana milkshake which was the nicest milkshake I’ve ever had. I ordered my drink in a takeaway cup, but I said eat in. I sat down and read the menu while waiting for my drink. I finally decided, I went up to order only to be told the kitchen closed at 2 pm. It would’ve been nice if the staff members had of mention that when I ordered my drink and said I’m gonna sit down and look at the menu. Someone else was lining up behind me after I left, and they were told the same thing after they sat down and had a good look at the menu. If it wasn’t for the delicious drink, I’d give this...

The bacon was cooked perfect in the bacon and eggs that was overall very nice , the cup of tea was originally terrible but the lovely staff rectified the problem fast and with a smile , the service was good from the people at the counter. I ordered the Banan honeycomb pancakes which weren’t bad but they weren’t great either , all packaged foods thrown together nothing actually made fresh .. the banana was supposed to be warm but it was cold , … disappointed but was nothing to complain about…. I don’t think I will return as there’s plenty of competition in the...

Went at midday with the family Ordered hollandaise eggs and bacon. The bread was crazy hard. Not sure if overcooked or stale but hard to eat. The rest of the food was nice. Wifey got the chicken schnitzel wrap which she enjoyed. Chips / fries were very tasty as was the aioli with them. Prices were reasonable and plenty of seating. Service was fast. They didn’t bring cutlery with my food. They were all really friendly though. Having seen some of the other reviews saying the same thing about the bread if they can sort this will be a much better experience.
