Went last night at 9pm. Turned up and wait to be seated. Told by the staff member that no one could be seated for the next 17 minutes as the kitchen was overwhelmed and could not cope with the orders. The place was maybe 70% empty. Told by the employee this place has âstupid policies and I donât know why we do it this wayâ. Told can look at the menu but need to stand at the counter (wasted opportunity to sell more drinks) Staff all disappear and then eventually finally told we can sit down but now all the tables are âreservedâ out the front. Employee says sorry cannot sit on the tables that are reserved (which was about 90% of the outdoor ones which were all empty). Shoved in a corner one. Go inside to order only to have me and the customer in front of my ignored for maybe 10 minutes whilst the worker restocks cups and 3 stand around the kitchen talking whilst a few appear to be run of their feet. Eventually a helpful employee comes and takes the order. Order a burger without cheese (asked to clarify if it is allergy or just request). Food is ready. Burger with no cheese comes out with double cheese - not sure if this is taking the mickey or not. Double eye roll. Aside from this. Chips and onion rings were good - proper onion rings too. No one came and sat at any of the reserved tables for the next 45 minutes. Not sure if this is due to staff shortages but appeared a few run off their feet snd others just standing around.
Service 0/5 Adherence to dietary request 0/5 Chips and onion rings 4/5
Tip for those going - order on the app and then sit in the forecourt and youâll save about 50 minutes and not need to wait for an empty...

Shopping in Eastland and we needed a feed so thought to try a new place.
So glad we stopped in at Bettyâs Burgers. With ample seating in and out (outdoors undercover with heating) we were greeted by the lovely young front of house server and quickly taken to our table.
No fuss at all with a simple booking process of ordering up at the bar, the menu offers a good selection of sides, mains, drinks (including shakes) and of course burgers.
The burger range is about 12 different burgers of beef, chicken and vegetable based. We ordered the Beef Burger, kids beef burger, spicy chicken and the Betty Burger, with two sides of chips and a peanut butter thick shake.
Speed of service was great not taking too long even though the place was pretty full and there was a constant stream of take away traffic.
Tasty is an understatement, a good balance of sauce and not greasy at all. Big enough for a meal but also a great size just to fill the gap. The thick shake was thick and actually peanut butter flavoured.
Prices are from about $12-16 for a burger so itâs great prices for a great feed, in a comfortable location with great staff. Well done team on the evening of...

Excellent burgers at decent prices. Very happy. We've been to a few different Betty's now (Sydney Circular Quay, Melbourne CBD, Ringwood Eastlands) - they all maintain a high level of quality burger. The venues are all have a refreshing theme. The Ringwood Eastland location is well located, with a good Friday night atmosphere. It was popular, with a continuous stream of people flowing through. We ordered a Classic Betty with pineapple and beetroot as extra toppings, and the Noosa Classic, plus a erving of fries each and drinks. The classic Betty had refreshing taste with the pineapple (I'm glad I did that). My partner was very happy with her Noosa Classic. A serving of fries plus the burger was nicely filling. Staff were attentive to emptied tables and cleaning up after people left, so there weren't any messy tables for customers to clean away. Staff were friendly and helpful. For a burger chain the staff quality is a step above that you might normally expect. Price point versus food quality and service makes for good...
