I could not be anymore disappointed then i am right now with the shocking service i recieved tonight. I have been ordering of these guys for years with good ssrvice. Tonight whilst half way through ordering the phone im told to hang on whilst he answered another call. Once hes back on the phone with me after taking someone elses order mid way through mine hes forgotten mine. Now i work in hospitality and dont get me wrong i understand times get busy but i do not ever blow one customer off for another to 'save time'. What a disgusting conversation. Then the 1 hour mark hits and i recieve a phone call saying the delivery driver is scared of cats so i needed to head out the front of my house to collect!!! The pizza was cold the cheese on top was also hard and cold so god knows how long it had been cooked and sitting for before it reached my house. My garlic bread was slightly warm. I have never had such bad experience from this place as ive been a great customer for years and always loved there food. But the boy on the calls tonight definitely needs to be spoken with as that is disgusting behaviour coming from someone who is expected to talk with customers daily! So sad to be leaving our local pizza place but i will not waste...
Read moreOrdered 30 pizza's for my recent party, paid with them through credit card and only 10 arrived. Unfortunately i was too late to the realization as i found the next few days when people kept messaging me about the lack of food. Definitely not ordering here again.
EDIT: After reading the response from the owner, i would like to answer him.
"who received it" - If i knew who received MY pizza's i wouldn't be writing this review.
"If you received 10 then where the other 20 has gone" - That's the entire problem. I want to know where my other 20 pizza's had gone because i clearly did not receive them.
"It sounds funny and weird to read a fake review" - I also find it funny how you immediately presume that this review is 'fake', instead of looking into the problem. I was scammed out of $200 from your store.
"That's fine if you don't want to order from us" - I would actually like to order from you guys again, but trust issues is blocking that. Also your lack of empathy and your straight denial of the issue is...
Read moreOrdered for 7pm delivery arrived at 6:10 for a party, absolutely not what we wanted. Rang to explain the issues and was told it can come anytime within 1 hour on the app?!?!? After I called to explain we have no people here and there is no point in us having them it was then told to me they had others in the oven already, impossible as it was a couple of minutes later. Then after saying we would leave a review we were threatened with never delivering pizzas again. If this is the way your management deal with issues that are driven by sub-standard work practices it’s horrendous, to threaten customers like that as a “fear to not leave reviews is a joke” the female I spoke to was extremely unprofessional, far what what I would want being the face of my business.
