Schnitz Craigieburn Central — Restaurant in Melbourne

Almost the worst experience i have had! Stopped in to check out what everyone was talking about ( food that is)..Firstly, we were greeted with what i would describe as the most unhappy, uninterested young girl i have ever seen! I actually wanted to check her pulse just to make sure she was alive!! She didn't once look at us when we placed our order and clearly wasn't listening because when we received our order it was WRONG! Then we waited a further 20 minutes to received another WRONG order... the staff were the rudest bunch of people i have ever dealt with! They made 3 errors yet made us feel that we did something wrong! It felt like we were somehow interrupting the local hang out!!! I'm a 34 year old woman that understand a fun working environment but as a paying customer i expect to be greeted with a smile, listened too so that if and when my order is incorrect it's not that big a deal if if it were 3 times WRONG. I don't normally write reviews but i was so and still am so angry about this appalling experience! Its a shame this young generation is letting down customer...

I went to dine in at ur outlet on sat i.e 1st Oct’22. It was not a very amazing experience. I ordered chkn wrap but it dis not live upto scnitz expectations as compare to other acnitz outlets in melb. The food was really flat and the tortilla was cold. I had to specially ask for the cutlery and soviets. Very ordinary customer service I must say. The people on the floor were limited inside their baricade or the kitchen area and were not very inetractive and smiling with the customers. There was an air of uncertainity, arrogance and confusion around. Person serving at the till was uninformed of many things. I mean ordinary product knowlegde. I did share my feedback about food quality to the concerened kitchen person but it was brushed away by merely saying, “thank you for your feedback” as in period and end of story.

Hence, very ordinary and uncomfortable...
