Bubba Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

New management and the whole team of Bubba's Lilydale are friendly, lovely to deal with, take note of any dietary requirements, special instructions and make amazing pizza's! Phoned in a takeaway order last night, ready when they said it would be, service in store was so friendly, smiles on all staff's faces. I watched my pizza's coming out of the oven, they were filled with toppings 👍 Took them home to the family, and everyone loved them! Thank you to new management and the team at Bubba's Pizza in Lilydale... you have a new loyal customer back from our family 👍

(Previous management and staff made us go elsewhere. Staff were rude, pizza's barely had any topping on them, and at times the pizza's tasted as if toppings were off)

Although, it was quite busy in the shop, Nik and his Bubba Family made me feel like I was the only customer in there, with how they treated me and put my experience first throughout my entire order (even though it was my first time visiting).

Not only was the Nik fast and efficient with my order but he accompanied it with the biggest and warmest smile the whole time. If that didn't make Bubba Pizza Lilydale my favourite shop, then the taste of the pizzas says it all. You can instantly taste the flavoursome and fresh ingredients, but most importantly the love and care that goes into each and every pizza.

As a new valued customer to the area I'm amazed on the outstanding service I received tonight by bubba pizza. Not only was I knocked back by Tiantian Kitchen (Asian Buffet) not able to offer me a delivery service and was told good luck by obnoxious female reception. JJ's telling me they don't except card payments cash payments only. Not only do buddy pizza take card payment but the female receptionist went over and beyond in organising me a uber eats delivery driver from their end.
