Zero customer service. No idea how to order or menu. No gloves used in making food. Tables not cleared after 1hr they were open hour before. Menu's sticky and dirty so were our table. food prepared on counter over n over again yet not cleaned thoroughly Food is pushed onto kitchen floor by staff instead of hand then bin. Seats uncomfortable and dangerous with stools sticking out for trip hazard. No one pushed in under table. Staff don't look up to see people walk in or greet. Food average, chips full of sugar. Burgers served on the tiniest plate and chips and burgers don't come out together. Won't be back, not worth it Edit to say we were standing in the middle while staff member was talking to someone, sat down cos took too long, we were there good 5mins plus. Was not approached once, I had to grab menu's and the phone rang while I was there. We couldn't hear what staff were saying to us when bringing out food. We weren't the only ones who didn't receive friendly approachable staff, we never been before so no idea on the system and no signage. 5hrs equals hyperbole to convey a point Busy is completely fine, time management is another thing entirely- if you're busy tell customers when they place their order how long it will be. I can't imagine what circumstances arise that see a 30min suggested wait time taking 70min. Short of other orders getting pushed ahead of previous ones. These are indeed challenging times, patience is one thing, but consistently poor service is another. I've gone here regularly, and I am being candid when I say this experience is a 1 in 2 times scenario. It's readily apparent to the horde of waiting customers that watch a procession of uber eats staff marching through receiving food before them, that they are clearly prioritised over customers that support the store with directly with no third party (thus bringing more profit / revenue to the store per order)
5 hr wait for your burger. Regularly. Forgets sauces. Regularly. Apologizes for the wait, saying they've been swamped, aren't orders cued??
Time management is non existent.
Might do well to implement some adequate staff training.

Read moreI went there on Monday evening and ordered a Big Kahuna for takeaway. I waited for more than 15 minutes, even though the restaurant was not very busy. One of the staff mistakenly served my burger for dine-in to another table. That table told them they had ordered takeaway, so the staff took the burger back inside, wrapped it in paper, and gave it to them again. But then they said they didn’t order that burger. Later, a female staff member came to us and asked what we had ordered. We told her it was the Big Kahuna. She replied, “This is your order, why did you say it’s not yours?” I explained that the guy never asked me—he gave it directly to another table. She just said “sorry” and handed us the burger. They didn’t even give us any tissue or a paper bag. When I looked at my partner, frustrated by the poor service, the woman then asked if we wanted any serviettes, and I said yes.
