Had a pan fried bun is one of the best and top notch I had in Melbourne. The flour is perfectly balance not hardened not too thick. The inside mince meat filling are sooooo juicy and tasty. So beware when you took one bite. Best is to leak out the juice in bowl then dipped with buns.

As for pork chop noodle (no soup). Sort of like lasagna mince meats paste mixed with spaghetti. The noodle how ever is a bit let down. The flour of noodle is a bit too harden to chew. It would be great if noodle softener would be perfect. Hope they can update their noodle mixture ingredient to make it...

Beautiful clean fresh food! We walked in a little uncertain and will return again. What a cleanly presented restaurant that looks to be a family business.
