I regret to share a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience with my recent order of 2 Fried Attack burgers from Uber Eats. The first and foremost issue arose from an incorrect order fulfillment, receiving two beef burgers instead.

Adding more to this was the disappointing quality of the beef burgers. The buns were hard and of poor quality, the beef patty lacked flavor and had an unpleasant texture, and to my dismay, both burgers were served cold. Adding insult to injury, the packaging was utterly inadequate, further diminishing the overall dining experience.

This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to express my disappointment. I won’t be ordering from this place again, and I cannot recommend it to others based on...

Firstly, this place is called Black Label Grill and is in the Pinewood shops. Not on Blackburn Rd in the nursery as my GPS kept taking me. And not on Princes Hwy in Clayton (website needs updating). Apart from that, the burgers were fantastic! Oh be wowed was delicious, with good flavour combinations and ingredients. And the crab burger was also delicious. The chilli and coleslaw were well made and paired. Chips weren't as good as previous visit, not as crunchy. Could have been the commute time for takeaway. I order uber eats from these guys regularly and its obvious they are passionate about the food they serve, the burgers are AMAZING aswell as the stars n stripes fries.
