I visited Buzza with my partner and son and I made a review under Vicky Leung my partners account.
Our review stated poor service cold chicken that was not fresh and was very dry.
This was the second time we tried buzza and the first time was amazing.
Now the owner replied to Vicky below which is untrue.
We never complained to buzza chicken about our meal we left and later decided to make an online review.
So how is it that you say in the reply to our previous review that Buzza chicken offered to replace the snow cheese seasoning when we didn’t make a complaint or listen to this we didn’t even have snow cheese seasoning 🙄
Could of said in the reply we are sorry the food didn’t meet your expectations please let us give u another go or please contact us on this number so we can make this right for you 🙄
So ridiculous be honest and take it on the chin and learn from the review to improve the restaurant. We won’t be ever coming back now.
Please see below or check Vicky Leung review for full review made.
Also check to see how many fake reviews straight after I made a negative review.
Hi Vicky,
thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your second visit didn’t meet the expectations set by your first experience. We understand that consistency is essential, and we’re committed to providing a high standard with each order.
Regarding your recent visit, our team recalls preparing the meal as promptly as possible and calling your number when the order was ready. However, we understand that timing can impact food temperature, especially with outdoor seating. Our team also offered to replace the snow cheese seasoning when you mentioned it wasn’t...
Read moreThe worst customer service on the phone ever in my life.
New venue in the area, so excited to order for take away. The staff who on the phone said “We are very busy, order through the online.” Without explaining the online order.
I looked for online and couldn’t figure out so called back again to ask. And again she said “I know, we are very busy. I will call back you in 25 minutes.”
Yeah I understand you are busy, so bye now until you learn how to treat your customers with manners on the phone.
------------------------------------- Addition --------------------------- This business does not understand what is the point of the review. I confirmed with your staff as buza in maribyrnong beginning of the conversation on the phone. Incorrect number was not a frustration. I got a correct phone number on official buza website and your staff knew that she was speaking with the same person regarding the take away order. The answer I got from your staff was - "We have a queue outside of the restaurant, we are so busy now, place the order through online - which I could not figure it out how to place the order until now. - and we are very busy, I will call you back in 25 minutes later." And of course, there was no call back from the restaurant and no apology for the situation.
I just wanted to place a take away order, that's it. If you give me a better explanation with a bit of manners on the phone, I would be so happy to understand your side and find out another way to...
Read moreOrdered these 1/2 packed boneless chicken pieces x3 and chicken pieces original x1. Very small pieces of chicken meat.
For these 4 half packs, took 30mins to cook. Long wait. Ordered takeaway.
The batter weighted more than the actual chicken meat. You actually paying $20 for batter.
Now the actual chicken meat was dry and lacked juiciness from a fresh chicken. I thought the girl who serviced me said fresh chicken each day.
The soy and sweet chilli packs was saturated with sauce which defeated the crispy batter.
Out of the 4 packs.... the original chicken pieces was the better choice.
Dont buy the boneless pieces as you get alot of battered wrapped around a small pieces of chicken meat. Sometimes it was just battered.
If you like eating flavoured batter for $20....then this is the place.
Arriving at the venue, i noticed a few people eating outside. However, i noticed they had left alot of their meals(soy/sweet chilli) pack untouched.....now i understand why.
I prefer the crispy fried chicken with broken rice that you get at the vietnamese restaurant in Footscray.
I remember eating the best fried chicken in Bolivia. Or even the red fried chicken pieces that you find in Thailand road...
