Title: A Disappointing Experience at Doi Xanh Quan Restaurant: Lack of Responsiveness and Empathy
My visit to Doi Xanh Quan restaurant today left me disheartened and dissatisfied due to an unfortunate incident and a noticeable lack of attentive service.
During my time at the restaurant, a staff member accidentally spilled fish sauce onto my back. While accidents can happen, I was disappointed by the staff's response. Rather than offering immediate assistance or expressing concern, the staff member quickly cleaned the chair and attended to other customers, seemingly overlooking my situation.
As a result, I found myself in an uncomfortable position and had to rely on my friend to help clean the sauce from my back, as the staff did not offer any assistance or even acknowledge the incident.
Beyond this isolated incident, the overall level of service at the restaurant fell short of expectations. Throughout my dining experience, I observed a lack of attentiveness from the staff, which diminished the overall enjoyment of my meal.
In sharing this feedback, I aim to provide constructive criticism to the restaurant management. It is crucial for establishments to prioritize customer well-being and ensure that all guests are treated with care and respect, regardless of the circumstances.
While I understand that unforeseen accidents can occur, it is how a restaurant addresses such incidents that truly defines their commitment to customer satisfaction. Demonstrating empathy and responsiveness in such situations is key to fostering a positive dining experience for all patrons.

We were repeatedly advised that the lobster was fresh and alive, not frozen, before ordering their so-called signature dish - lobster noodles. We took two small bites and returned the dish as it was by far the most tasteless and dry lobster we have ever had. It was definitely very far from "fresh and alive". We brought the dish back to the counter and were hesitantly offered a mere 10% discount on the dish. When we made a Google review, we were responded with blantant lies from the owner. Pointing the finger at the customers and claiming that we had nearly finished the dish before returning it. Absolutely disgusting and dishonest business practice. It's needless to say that was our last visit after two years of being loyal customers and will ensure that our words will spread around the Maribyrnong community....

I asked them a table for 3 please and i were told wait for outside by a rude girl who just walked away with cold face girl act . i had been waiting for 15mins from outside and then i came back again and asked one more time about my seats and they told me they were so busy to clean up and organize a new table for me but i knew they lied to me as evidenced by the fact that they put others in front of my turn.
