Cafe Providence Prahran — Restaurant in Melbourne

Lovely little Cafe that popped up in the neighbourhood. Friendly staff and the chef was great in sharing with us how he made the beetroot relish. Yummy food, I had the eggs benedict which came with some lovely relishes and additions. The hollandaise had a subtle touch of dill through it and a little rosemary in the rosti. Finished with rolled smokey bacon - a great mix of complementary flavours that lifted the dish.

Perfectly made St Ali coffee with a little fudgy brownie on the spoon (a nice touch) and a cute interior aesthetic. Cookbooks on each table to get your own inspiration. Good selection in the pastry/sandwich cabinet and they cater for dietries i.e vegan. Dog friendly, reasonably priced and would...

I was meeting a friend for brekkie, we couldn’t get a seat on the corner, so i wandered down and saw this cafe. I ordered the 3 cheese omelette and it delicious. Coffee was perfect!

Recently went here as we've just moved back to Melbourne and was excited to grab a coffee and a croissant. The flat whites were fantastic, however, the 2 pastries (croissant and escargot) were verging on stale and inedible.
