Pizza High — Local services in Melbourne

Hi this is manjinder kaur. who gave u 1 star yesterday. My order was under the name of Mandy not Manjinder kaur. i was ordered veggie supreme and 2 salted caramel shakes. I get right order. but i am not happy with pizza. Thats why i give u one start. first time yesterday i didn't eat single piece of pizza. i ordered in your shop so many times. I always very happy with that. ☺️but they put frozen avocado when they goes into oven its all pizza watery. even no one use frozen avocado. i didn't say your customer service bad its very gud. i appreciate for u and ur staff as well. secondly i ever never apply for a job in any pizza shop. and I am not uneducated lady. i have done master in IT. From last three years i work in subway. In subway we are using frozen avocado but before using we deforst it over night then we use for next day. I am not saying mistake not happens from me its happen coz we r human being. It happen any time any where. i also do so many mistakes in subway but from these three years i don't thing so i get any complaint from customer. bcoz our customer needs to be happy. I know in the busy time something wrong happen. U know andrew here everyone is working hard. No one wants to waste their money. Would give zero stars if I could. I was delivering for this business, and they were absolutely shocking. I rode there on my bike as the 2nd pick-up point after receiving the order.

They hadn't even started making the food by the time I got there, and they had no customers in store.

The girl making the food was in a world of her own, just chatting away on her phone.

The food preparation area was so messy and dirty.

When I handed the pizza to the customer, the cardboard container was just wet through... have no idea what they're using to make such soggy pizzas, but I wouldn't want to eat here.

Reported to the delivery service on the quality of their food and service.

Edit to response: My review was based on what I saw of your shop cleanliness, staff professionalism and what I saw of how poor your food quality was.

The pizza was fine, kinda cool/warm by the time it got here. However they forgot the garlic bread! Which is such a let down as it is my favourite bit. Very disappointing all round really.

In regards to the owners reply. This platform is NOT just for "customers who order direct". That sentence convays that the owners devalue and don't care about people who order through other apps like uber and is absolutely disgraceful. This platform is to leave reviews of the experience of the food, and their food was not up to par. Obviously we have raised this issue with uber HALF OUR ORDER WAS MISSING.
