This is one of Melbourne's best coffee houses. Not only is the coffee made to perfection, smooth and creamy with the right amount of froth but the service is honestly 5*. The barista is always friendly and engaging, greeting you when you walk in the door and making you feel welcomed. They personally will walk and hand you, your take-away coffee no matter where you are waiting for it, ensuring that your take away is as good as a sit down coffee (unlike some coffee shops that plonk it on the bench & yell your name). Could have been 5 stars if it was not for the girl who took our order today. She was very unfriendly and was refusing to give us the receipt. We completed the order and have not left the counter yet when I asked for it. Told her that I needed the receipt to claim for my intertainment allowance but she just replied that she already cancelled it. Could have been okay if she said sorry but she didnt. Also next time don't be too intimidating and learn how to ask your customers in the first place. Food was excellent though 5/5.

Always have had a pleasant experience here. Though slightly expensive, they have some good breakfast & snack options. The coffee is also good, not too strong, not too light. Try the Hashbrown & Ham wrap if going here, that was the highlight. Very crispy, has sufficient sauce, is light yet satisfying. Will be back for the wrap! The staff are also friendly & quick!
