Buluk Park Playground — Attraction in Melbourne

Buluk park is right outside the Docklands' Library and is ideal for kids to play and have fun. It has a water fountain for kids and most of the kids have a lot of fun playing in the water on Summer days. There are 2 play blocks (you may call them so) where the kids and climb and slide. But missing are large slides, swings and sand pits. The council should have installed more play equipments. Also, dogs are allowed in the lawn area of the park and this is sometimes concerning as the dogs dirty the lawn and not many dog owners care to clean up. Overall a great place for kids...

We have loved this playground since discovering it last year but was sad to see the horrid graffiti covering the beautifully designed space when we returned recently. Wish somebody would clean that off. Also a bit sad to have residents from the near by apartment smoking next to a children's playground. These are not things that can be controlled easily. And despite these things, the kids really love this playground. We make a day of it by then heading inside the library to borrow books, we grab lunch at the cafe on the corner and...

This is last park on on collins street towards docklands end. Park is at intersection of Collins street and brouke street. Next to Family Hub, Library and docks water access.
