I ordered a ham and cheese toastie and a matcha latte. Unfortunately, the matcha latte was underwhelming. It lacked the vibrant green color and rich taste typical of a good matchaâit tasted more like warm milk with a faint green tint. I politely asked if I could swap it for a coffee instead. The staff member kindly offered to make it stronger, which I appreciated, but I opted for a mocha in a takeaway cup instead.

Scrambled eggs and tomato ciabatta brekky was also a winner. Impressive that each was under $15. Amazing value for Docklands. Despite the price, portion was good, service was fast and the environment was very nice....
