They're obviously understaffed, and the ones that are working are overwhelmed and inexperienced. Tip: as someone who's run hospitality businesses for over 25 years, it will NOT work if you have one person running the cashier, the back of house/kitchen AND trying to issue coffee orders at the same time. The milk pourers needs to learn to talk and pour. And maybe read orders while they're at it. And the coffee guy? Cant make a coffee without 98% milk in a 12oz. And to top it off, communication and english is obviously a problem, given the verbal repeats ONLY to still get an order wrong. Fix...
I went in around 1 today for an afternoon pick-me-up coffee. It was very quiet; there was 1 customer and 2 employees. 1 of the 2 was working, I assume making the customer's order. The other was behind the counter also, but on his phone. He looked up, saw me there, didn't acknowledge me at all, and went back to looking at his phone. I immediately turned around and left. It's a shame because I live in the area and I'm looking for a regular cafe to get a daily afternoon coffee, but with so many options I'm not going to choose a place with no basic courtesy...
Read moreGood taste of coffee beans. Barista is good but coffee quality (foam) is not that stable in peak time. Cashier person change frequently and sometimes can’t understand request properly give quick response or not very efficient. However, they are very nice and patient, would like to fix any problems. Will still come here for breaky. Deserve to try if you are not in rush. Nice and clean...
