Absolutely incompetent. Do not attend any event here even if it's your favourite artist. Ableist staff as well. The sound quality is horrible. Staff were so rude and standoffish. Literally all the security have sticks up their freaking arses and act like you're causing them a huge annoyance for asking some bloody questions. They can't even do their jobs properly as I was able to pass through VIP with no wristband 🤣 Like go get some counselling if the job is so stressful instead of putting all your trauma on innocent patrons. I would say get another job if you hate your job so much, but unfortunately no one would want to hire you and your non existent interpersonal skills. Acting so tough and macho at a Kpop concert is laughable. Even at a bigger venues like Rod Laver Arena or even The Forum, they are so friendly and can joke around with patrons and do such a great job at providing an awesome experience and night. Literally not a single braincell like mate, learn the difference between tickets and passout. Unfortunately that was the worst concert I have ever attended due to all the staff and security in blue and the grey and black. Hope you got off ruining my night though 😁 Venue also owned by some duds. DO NOT SUPPORT.

The venue whilst big does not provide a good view of the stage. The seats were like long benches with no space and minimal leg room making it hard to move around. I paid $150 for seats and ended up 3 rows from the back and the view was obstructed could hardly see anything. For the amount of money and I had no been there before, it makes me really regret getting a seat. The floor is truly the only good view you will have of the stage which someone passed out on showing how its not ventilated well and is a hot environment. Water is not allowed in the venue which I can understand for some reasons, however if the place does not provide well ventilation than I believe that a small bottle should be allowed. I really was disappointed in the sound ! I could hear my own voice singing along with the performer which is never an experience I have at a concert. Really disappointed… If the stage was positioned in a better place than this venue would be okay for seats on the sides. But otherwise only book for the floor or maybe the balcony though I havent heard much better. The performance was good enough for me to still have a good time, but the venue made it not as awesome of a night as I expected

I had ticket booked to Honey Singh Concert tonight. The staff told digital id isn’t allowed and asked me to get a id form filled from near by police station. But few minutes later another staff member allowed me to enter with digital id. But later a previous staff member came to me and started to accused me that I tried to seek into the venue. I explained the staff that another staff member allowed me to enter and then didn’t not listen to me and kicked me out of the venue. Later I went to police station and got form filled and came back to venue. In mean while I asked a friend also to bring my physical passport from my house. Later, The staff denied me the entry and started to accuse me again that you don’t above 18 although I showed them physical copy of my passport and the also copy from police station. After all this also they denied from entry telling I tried to seek in before, which was a complete lie and they also started me tell me if I don’t move venue premise they will call the police. Although I had ticket and valid id I was denied entry. Moreover, I was humiliated, insulted and abused. My dream of attending the concert had gone and cost me financial loss. Worst staff...
