Read moreI am extremely disappointed with how I was treated at this store. I have been shopping here and buying cigarettes for three years without any issues. I went to purchase cigarettes and was asked for ID—which I understand—but at 26 years old, I am legally not required to provide it. Even when asked, I showed my ID on my phone, but they refused to accept it.
When I requested to speak to the manager, MAR, he was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of explaining the policy, he repeatedly said, “You can cry all you want, but this is the law,” yet refused to show me any proof. When I pushed for clarification, he even threatened to call the police, which was completely unnecessary and ridiculous.

This is unacceptable, we were helping coles business, we bought a full troyley, and counter is for people with full troyley, sefl checkout is for less item, the most disgusting to thing me was the cashier lady, she "request" us have to let other go first! Unforgivable!!!! She should be the one to ask those people to go to the sefl checkout section , not us!!! We expected a better service for people who buy a lot from coles, not with that attitude from a staff!! Hope coles train them better next time, teach them what is...
