I been here lots of time especially today 19th of December 2024 /time is 12:46 pm I ordered a Lamb souvlaki and medium chips 🍟 and I noticed every time ordered souvlaki lamb or chicken it was dry or not Meat enough! And where she got the meat its not from the fresh grill ! It was a cold and full of yuck 🤮 fats im seriously dont know what and where she get the meat ! Maybe from the fridge and left over meat from the night before! And it defends who served you ! My suggestion is why don’t you guys use a weight machine to know how much meat you can put in! Instead of guessing who's going to serve me and do it in properly! And god i thought they will cook a fresh chips for me! But they serve me a chips that’s been sitting there since i come , and it was looks so Saggy and sitting there for long time !And when I ordered a chips i ask the woman at the counter to put a salt and chicken salt , but when she serve me a chips that’s been sitting there since I got there I started to get worried! So obviously no chicken salt for a chips been sitting there for a long time 😂 I couldn’t complain because I am really rash for a meeting!Don't go here especially when it’s a busy day or night! Your money is not worth it! Im not going back here ! Because like i said it depends...

I have been coming here since the place opened and I must say that they used to have the best chips and souvlakis around.

Alas, in my recent experience the standards seem to have dropped substantially. I have not purchased food here for quite a while so, today I thought I would get a souvlaki and some chips.

The chips seemed to have changed (in my opinion), they were not the nice thick, golden crunchy chips that they used to be, and there was hardly any salt on them.

But, the souvlaki.. I got a mixed traditional and it pains me to say that this would have to be one of the worst souvas that I have ever had. The meat was extremely dry (to the point of almost being inedible) and there was very minimal tzatziki sauce.

I really hope that this was just a one-off bad experience but this has soured my opinion of the place and doubt I'll be returning for a while. This is a shame as the staff and owners are always friendly and the customer service has always been...
