The Kitchen container, where have you been all my life!!

This morning I discovered, in a beautiful location north a stones throw from the Carrum foreshore, the delight that is The Kitchen container.

I purchased, what I consider, one of the best egg and bacon sandwiches I have ever purchased. No pretentiousness here, just a simple perfectly cooked egg, rasher of ever soo tasty bacon between two slices of well toasted and buttered white slices of bread, there was also a hint of freshly cracked black pepper.

This tasty, tasty bread, bacon and egg delight was served in a simple folded foil pouch, with 2 napkins to wipe off any possible crumb and butter left overs on one’s lips.

To pair with this gastronomic delight, I chose a simple small latte with one equal. This coffee was served at a very suitable temperature, not tepid like some coffee establishments, but not that hot that it scolds the roof of one’s mouth rendering it useless for the days to come. A very delightful coffee indeed.

How much would one pay for this tasty morning treat I hear you ask? Well other establishments would charge $15 or $16 for this pairing, but no, not here. $10 would have been exceptional value for this delight of gastronomical sensation. Nope.. $6.. that’s right, for what some would charge for a coffee alone, I paid just $6. In fact, they were soo good, I had to get another set of coffee and bacon egg bread delight. What’s even better, on a weekday, this would cost but a single purple note.. yup a fiver!

The staff are not too go unmentioned. Their happy smiles, quick and attentive service and sense of wanting to serve their customers was a delight to see. It was like they wanted to be there!

Do yourselves a favour, get on down there and support local. I know I’ll be back to delve into their other flavourful delights.

A HIDDEN GEM!! A MUST TRY!!

My client and I just passing heading towards the beach but this place was pretty busy. So thought we would have a look. Everything that was being served whilst we were standing there looked so damn good! So we couldn’t pass up this opportunity.

We ordered the breakfast wrap, hamburger with the lot and two milkshakes. Can’t go wrong with a burger and shake combo! Such quick and friendly service. Lovely energy from the ladies all smiles. Then we headed across to the beach to have our lunch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks! My burger was absolutely divine!! So flavourful and juicy omg probably one of the best burgers I’ve had. So very filling and it will have you licking your fingers afterwards I promise!! The pattie itself was the absolute bomb!! I also forgot to mention that It was also very reasonably priced!!

We’re already planning our next visit to try the rest of the items on the menu! YOU MUST TRY THIS WHEN you’re around the area or visiting the beach. I’m sure the coffees are just...

i absolutely loved this banger place. oh boy was it busy but the atmosphere was a vibe. me and my friends skipped school to go here thats how loyal we are. anyways we got 3 standard size meat pies and oh boy they were delicious!! especially for only 2 BUCKS A PIE!! WHAT A STEAL BOYO. anyways we really enjoyed the pies but the crust was slightly too crisp for my liking. but for 2 dollars u cant complain at all. then my friend got a egg and bacon with the lot and a chocolate milkshake. they seems absolutly scrumptious and she ate it all. anyways you will catch me there again with my gang. telling my facebook friends about...
