Just tryed to get coffee annd lunch And was ignored while. They kept serving other customers that were there after us. Then when they went to do it agen we said somthing. Because we were next and the staff lost her cool. Do not go here it is the worst place. Total rip-off. They drop food on the ground and try to put it in your sandwich. They charge you for fillings and extras that they don’t put in. The woman is racist and she is rude. There is so many other places in Pakenham that you go get food than this place please do not waste your time or money .

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Bought a simple small roll and the young girl cut it without asking causing it to fall out of the bag and fall all over the floor.

Went back and was treated with absolute disrespect and disregard. Was told that they just assume people want their rolls cut and they couldn't do anything. All while the other employee whispered and made rude comments and laughed at us.

No apologies to us as customers who just purchased from the store.
