Tokyo Sushi Kitchen — Restaurant in Melbourne

I was a little disappointed with my meal. And ordering was quite confusing. I asked for a large meal which consisted of a choice of rice or noodles and then 3 choices of the other food. I got noodles (they were quite nice) and when I was making my 3 choices I noticed the container was quite small for a large option and I wasn’t able to fit in my 3 choices, only just able to fit 2 barely. I got a lemon chicken and another chicken choice I don’t know the name of as it didn’t have a nameplate on it. The lemon chicken was okay but the lemon sauce tasted funky and weird. The other chicken choice was incredibly dry. My friend ordered a sweet and sour pork and he expressed it was horrible, I tasted it myself and unfortunately I have to agree, it’s soggy and the taste is just wrong.

Bought sushi from the store this morning and I was served by one of the rudest staff ever encountered in my life. It was a female staff (I assume of Indian heritage). Stared at me while I was making my choices (wasn't even slow in choosing), served with a really negative attitude and no sense of politeness nor customer service skills.

Please, if you are not keen on working, just stay at home. Don't bring your negative and repulsive vibe along. There is absolutely no reason to be rude to your customers. I am 100% sure I am polite throughout our exchange and that is why her behaviour is totally unacceptable.

Dear Tokyo sushi, Would like to say im quiet discussed in your response to me informing you that your honey chicken that i had for lunch on friday gave me food poisoning, with your response being its fine i had it for lunch on friday aswell. As working in a food industry myself you have a high turnover in food so you might not of had the same batch is i did, I think you need to know how important it is with taking these matters seriously, another friend of mine was having lunch the same time as me and has also gone home with vomiting.
