What a crazy, phenomenal hidden gem this place is! Wow. From the outside, Chai Thai looks exceptionally unassuming and yet you go inside and from the get go, the staff are on the ball and there is pretty much nothing to fault. Some Thai restaurants just can't get it together. If they're doing takeaways, they often drop the ball somewhere, but not here. The staff were friendly and took our order promptly, and all of the food came out in great time. The Chicken Curry Puffs were really, really good and my Chicken Fried Rice was great too. Everyone loved their soups and mains, and the flavours were so yummy. There are also one or two dishes on the menu that I've not seen at other Thai places, so I will definitely be back to broaden my horizons. Pricing is really spot on and parking is ample, so combine that with beautiful food and good service, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting a good Thai meal....

I love this place! Once you get used to ordering your special before viewing the menu the website is a breeze to order from, no nonsense tip us here, ans buy these extras here like the usual apps... The service is incredibly friendly + genuine and they actually abide by the covid-19 guidelines for social distancing etc when the order is delivered. Then the food is all just delicious! Faves include the Thai milk tea, the massamun curry is tender, crispy pork belly with snow peas, pad Thai, nam thok, mixed entree and choochee fish are all regular on our order list. Everything is fresh and tasty and never have any issues with quality or timeliness. If you are in the area take my word for it and try the Thai in the area and you will find Chai Thai to be superior! Next order has been placed and will arrive to my salivating face...

Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the staff went above and beyond!! We ordered food from here on uber eats and requested no onion due to a food allergy. Received a call from a staff member there who advised us that both dishes we ordered had onion powder in the sauces. She put the chef on the phone who suggested alternative orders and offered to make a fresh sauce without onion. They also wrote on our receipt to tell us that the green veggies they added were chives and not spring onion - very thoughtful! We’re extremely impressed with both the food and the service - will definitely be long term customers! Could not recommend more for people with allergies or people who just love good...
