Chatime Sunshine Precinct — Restaurant in Melbourne

I had high hopes for Chatime, but this visit was honestly a letdown. First off, the drink I ordered (Brown Sugar Milk Tea) tasted watered down and way too sweet — like they dumped syrup into milk and called it a day. The pearls were either overcooked or sitting too long because they were mushy and weirdly sticky.

Service was just as disappointing. You have a girl named Cassandra which served me and she looked like she didn’t want to be there, barely acknowledged me, and took forever even though there was no line. When I asked for less ice and sugar, she still gave me a cup full of ice and it was way too sweet.

For the price I paid, I expected at least decent quality. I’ve had better boba at food courts. Definitely not...

My experience at cha time was outer worldy. The customer service was horrible and the overall quality of my drink was not what i had expected at all. My drink spilt as soon as i got it because the it was not sealed properly, and the server had completely ignored my request for little sugar and less ice, making my drink too sweet and watered down! Not only that, but the worker gave lots of attitude towards me and acted like her job was a chore. I am a regular at this branch however I have never experienced this until that one employee served me. These teens have taken advantage of their jobs and act like they can act however they want towards paying customers. Horrible experience and i will certainly not...

Good place to hang out with family and friends. Variety of brew tea, milk tea, sparkling tea etc. store looks very tidy and hygiene. Staffs are so friendly. You can come and explore the menu. Especially on a summer day, nothing is better than a sweet cold beverage. I tried the MERRY BERRY WATERMELON GREEN TEA with hlf ice and hlf sugar. It was so good. Really refreshing and gotta say it saved my soul....
