Chick'N D'lish — Restaurant in Melbourne

Tonight was Winner winner Chicken Dinner meal, so..we tried Chick'N D'lish. I don't get why the negative reviews as customer service was very good and Chicken was delicious, only minus, barely no stuffing, please put extra stuffing because a small spoonful that was stuck in one part of chicken was delicious, we had no stuffing at all and we love it when it's so good! Greeks Salad and seafood Salad, fresh and good! I loved that the Greek salad had good Kalamata olives and nice feta cheese, not the fake feta cheese Chips had a nice crunch and made to perfection! I wanted scalloped potato's but they had run out, so, hesitantly l ordered a medium cream potato with chicken and mushrooms...l regret not ordering a large! So yummm!!! Chicken skewers...delicious!!!! Thigh parts of chicken in scewer, not dry breast, it was so yum! Next time l will also get spicy😉

Overall, l will put a 9/10 as we wanted the stuffing that was missing!😂 You have found a customer in us as everything was so good! Hopefully next time we can get some scalloped potato's as well🙏

Tried to ring to place my order - no on picking up the phone. I drove and ordered 1/4 chicken and chips with NO salt. Gave the girl $20 for $8 order and got $12 change. Girl serving me picked up already cooked chips, put it in the frying basket and dunked it in the hot oil. Then she takes it out and sprinkles a healthy serving of salt. She noticed l was watching her, so she puts a fresh lot of chips (touching the frozen chips with her hands - no gloves). Half way through the cooking of the chips, she takes out the basket and mixes the already cooked chips and dunks it in the oil. After a minute, she takes the chips out and empties in their big tray and gives it another healthy serve of salt, puts it with my chicken and gives it to me. I refused to take it and asked for my money back. Instead of my $8, she gives me $20. That's how dumb she was. After l got home, l rang them up, it took forever before someone calling himself a manager picked up the phone. Very poor English, l don't even know if my complaint registered. He lost me and a few others for taking shortcuts. Don't buy if you care for...

I ordered hot family dinner which consists of whole chicken with potatoes and vegetables and gravy for 35 dollars. I waited at counter for a long time before being served, (I was the only customer). I was asked if I wanted a plastic bag I replied I had my own bag which I supplied. The lady called me about 15 minutes later to say everything was ready. I picked up my bag and walked to the car, I had a chat for a few minutes with a couple of men parked next to me then I drove home. When I got home there was no vegetables and gravy in my bag, I called the shop and was told that they had put the rest of my order in a plastic bag beside my bag. No one had told me this and no one had bothered to walk outside to my car and give it to me, all they said was next time they would give me some free vegetables and gravy! I am totally disgusted by this lack of respect, at the very least I would have expected someone to deliver the order or...
