Chicken Now — Restaurant in Melbourne

I am sorry to say that whilst organising a social event, Chicken Now made it very difficult for us to do it successfully. Though the food is good and the business is neat and clean, a series of events put us off ever revisiting the fast-food store. First of all, we were unable to source menus online. That didn't bother us too much as we could travel down to the store to collect the menus ourselves, but after we collected the menus and organised all the money, we were informed by another colleague that the menus were in fact FALSE. We rang the Chicken Now and explained our situation. The next event shocked us as one of the workers blatantly lied to us over the phone. They said that they had informed us about the false prices when the truth was, no words were exchanged. We were very angry and I do give warning to anyone planning to buy from them in the future. Please don’t get me wrong, Chicken Now’s chips are the best of the best. But this is disgraceful. I ordered the chicken roll through Menulog and received a 1/2 size, cold and lettuce-less (as advertised) ‘roll’… if you could even call it that. Not only is it advertised as a large full roll with chicken, lettuce and mayo but it literally came apart when the wrapping was opened. I would highly advise AGAINT buying this and I sure as hell won’t be buying anything other than chicken and chips from...

Have been coming here for years and this place deserves a review. The chicken is always cooked perfectly, with really nice seasoning, and the Chips are the best we have tasted, always crispy with great chicken salt. The owners are very friendly and always welcome us with a smile, and the lady owner has even helped us bring our order to our car when balancing our chicken feast thats too much for one set of hands.
