Woolworths, Mt Eliza has always been a fantastic place to shop. The staff are a very large part of the reason I have become a long-time regular customer, and even given the recent addition of self-service checkouts, this hasn't changed one bit. They're always helpful and courteous, with somebody always on hand to help and no request for assistance being too much trouble for them. They are also very knowledgeable about products, stock levels, etc, which is a great help. And above all, they are a genuinely friendly crew - many know my young daughter by name and they always stop for a little chat with her, making her feel incredibly special and grown up! In this regard, I must give a special mention to Maddy - an amazingly lovely girl, my daughter absolutely ADORES her! She alone makes a shop at Woolworths, Mt Eliza an enjoyable one - and with a 4yr old little Miss, it's not very often I can say 'shopping' and 'enjoyable' in the same...

The other evening the young blonde girl was shouting to some boys that she wasn't going to serve. I waited around and then after some time I finally got served.
I asked for fresh sliced ham as the meat looked old and was told no, because in her home the meat lasts for a week.
It's just shoddy behaviour and reflects poorly on the...

A number of items I have been used to getting are not stocked here anymore but are stocked at Frankston and Seaford. Most of the staff are really nice but some of the younger male staff are quite pushy and arrogant. One pushed my trolley forcefully towards me in the self check out area saying he was clearing the area for people to walk through. There was actually plenty of room: I was happy to move it myself but didn't appreciate the fact that it could have hit into me or worse, tip me over. A very elderly person may have fallen over. He then kept telling me why he did it as if there was no problem. Very disrespectful and...
