I would give 0 star, if I could.
We came to the restaurant with our friends and expect to enjoy the food and have a great time during the Easter Break. However, we were extremely disappointed with the service and attitude of the staff, whose manner was disrespectfully unacceptable and completely unprofessional.
We made a separate booking for 2 long tables with each table of 6 people including kids. We arrived a bit earlier when the restaurant just opened with no guest in there, the staff who took us to the table with no smile, no welcome and no patience. When we were settling down the kids and waiting for other people joining, the staff came over with a poker face and rudely questioned how many people to dine in tonight. We were about to told her two people (including one kid) couldnāt make it tonight due to the family matter, however, the staff was not even bothered to listen but was very upset and blamed us for not taking the booking number seriously. I appreciate on busy nights, restaurants try to maximize their seating capacity in order to accommodate anyone and everyone. However, I couldnāt understand that in such a quiet night, a difference of 2 people could make a big difference to her which made her so fussy and grumpy about it. I sincerely hope that she does not intend to deal with its esteemed clients this way. Unfortunately, we all felt unwelcomed, unrespected, and uncomfortable which we decided to walk away and found another restaurant to enjoy our night.
My recommendation would be, ⢠Any group more than 6 people ā Donāt go ⢠Any family with young kids ā Donāt go ⢠Any people with Asian background ā Donāt go

I made a booking early in the day and we arrived early. The staff were ran off their feet already, with what we realised, after about 20 minutes of sitting there were Uber Eats orders! The actual restaurant filled quickly after our arrival and as we all sat and waited for orders to be taken and food to come, I think I counted at least 6 Uber Eats deliveries and several other take away orders go out the door. Finally after 40 minutes our sashimi arrived which was given no care or love to what the authentic dish should be. We had also ordered several other dishes to come but upon waiting another 10 minutes and seeing more Uber eats bags go out and none of our fellow, eat in patrons being served any food, we decided to leave as we were dismayed, dissapointed and honesty hungry by this point! To top off a bad experience in food and service at this establishment, they also had the audacity to still charge us corkage on top of the overpriced sashimi for the twist top bottle of wine we bought to enjoy our meal with! This was our first visit to this new restaurant and it will definitely be the last. Best go to Dashi or even better Le Hoang Vietnamese retsuarant (which is where we ended up and everything was fantastic!) if you want good food and service to match in...

We pleastly mentioned this to the waitress, she smirked and said sorry while walking away. Poor customer service!
