I was waiting for my order at the counter and simply grabbed a tissue. A staff member wearing glasses actually came over and asked if I’d asked permission before using it—seriously. He wasn’t joking either. I’ve never been treated so rudely in a food place over something as basic as a napkin. Totally unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

Update (in response to owner’s reply): Yes, I was there as an Uber driver picking up an order – but that doesn’t give you the right to treat me like I don’t belong. The way I was spoken to was rude and unwelcoming, and I have every right to share that experience. My review is genuine. Report me to whoever you want, it doesn’t change what happened. Out of every pizza restaurant I have been to in my life I had never thought it needed a review apart from this one it’s absolutely fantastic I can not complain. I have ordered many pizzas and pastas from here and it’s far better than an expensive fancy restaurant. I strongly recommend the De pollo pasta with penne, Marinara and the southern fried chicken burger and any kind of pizza you like they will do a fantastic job
