Coffeeism — Restaurant in Melbourne

First coffee in Melbourne after literally just arriving from Perth. This was ok but we felt that if you are not local you are less welcome. Just a feeling. We had nice coffee but it was Luke warm. Banana bread was also nice but a little dry. The welcome should be as enthusiastic for everyone....

I find the coffee too bitter. Also there is no loyalty program for their pensioner clientele. I am a carer and my client goes there every day, there should be a loyalty card given to these people on limited incomes. Quite disgraceful that they can't give every 10th coffee...
